Just about every night Darin comes home and goes down to the pond (especially if the weather is right) to fish. Whether it's when he gets home or just before bed. I think it's a good way for him to wind down after a long hard day. A lot of times if he gets a bite, the line breaks off. But the other day he finally pulled that sucker in. This is the same fish that he caught last year for the first time in all the years we've been living here. (I've posted about it before) It's so amazing that all the years here, we've never caught one bass until last year and it was this fish. He's huge....Darin thinks he's about 8 lbs. But the question is, where in the world are they hiding!! There are more...but this fish...he seems to like being caught. Last year Darin kept catching it over and over. But again..this is the first time this year. Darin was so excited...he ran all the up to the house to show us. Then he released him back. But one day.....we are going to eat him!!
