We had the best time at our good friends house...Pammie and Eric. They are the best. Eric smoked a brisket and chicken. And then grill some pork straps. Soo good!!! YUM!! I am so into the smoking thing. I've smoked a brisket, ribs, pork butt, salmon.....it's all so good. And so easy to do. Anyway....there were a lot of people there. Pammie made tons of other great foods for us. And Susan brought the best pineapple and mandarin orange cake. Great Holiday with dear friends!!
